Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Consultant to design and implement equitable residential energy-efficiency programs in Oregon. You will work with clients, utilities, and internal teams to advance program delivery and impact.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, project management, and strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on culturally-relevant service delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years combined work experience in related fields (non-profit, contracting, community organizing, energy efficiency, project management).
• Strong writing, reporting & presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrator of a growing residential energy-efficiency program in Oregon.
• Coordinate client, utility and internal team meetings; engage external partners.
• Oversee program delivery to ensure it aligns with design and quality standards.
• Prepare, analyze and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy and eligibility.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on feedback from staff and clients.
