Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and office experience in a social services or related field.
• Experience with data management and data capture.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Russian is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Answer the Energy Referrals phone line, screen clients, and schedule program appointments.
• Record interactions using program data systems and track referrals.
• Update multiple databases with new information.
• Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems including Monday.com, SharePoint, CSG Identity, CSM, InDemand, Excel spreadsheets and others.
• Determine client eligibility for Energy programs.
• Learn basic knowledge of residential efficiency and heating systems programs.
• Provide production support including assigning work orders for routine heating system repairs and replacements.
• Provide follow-up services to clients per program guidelines.
• Maintain organized participant files and ensure grant eligibility and reporting requirements.
• Ensure required data and reporting are completed accurately and timely.
• Become knowledgeable and current with funder regulations; update processes as requirements change.
• Work as a team with program staff to support communication and delivery of services.
• Assist with other departmental administrative duties and trainings.
• Attend supervision meetings and mandatory trainings; remote work available one day/week after 90 days.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform other related work as required.
