Job summary

ADL Florida seeks a Florida Gulf Coast Community Manager to lead on-the-ground engagement in the Tampa Bay area. You will cultivate relationships with community leaders, volunteers and officials while promoting ADL’s mission and programs.

You’ll coordinate events and partnerships that advance anti-hate initiatives across the region. The role requires strong communication, organization and leadership skills, with remote collaboration across the country and a commitment to ADL’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and work remotely across the country.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the spokesperson for ADL Florida with community partners, coalitions, media and public.
• Build relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish organizations to promote ADL’s mission.
• Identify and promote programming opportunities and events with partners.
• Coordinate nationwide programs and workshops for law enforcement and communities.
• Respond to antisemitic incidents with appropriate regional and division support.
