Job summary

ADL is seeking a Regional Director to lead the Pacific Northwest region from Seattle, coordinating with the VP and national teams to advance ADL’s mission through program delivery, leadership development, communications, and advocacy.

The role demands building coalitions, managing fundraising, and guiding community outreach, with travel within the region and a hybrid work model—three days in-office in Seattle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as face and voice of ADL across the region, building relationships with community leaders and elected officials.
• Represent ADL in public forums, media, and communications, developing press materials and statements.
• Participate in government affairs, lobbying for ADL priorities at state and local levels.
• Recruit, engage, and manage volunteer leadership and advisory boards.
• Coordinate regional vision and strategic direction for the Pacific Northwest region.
• Direct implementation of ADL programs, outreach, conferences, and legislative networking.
• Lead regional fundraising initiatives and partnerships to meet annual targets.
• Oversee regional operations, budget, and staff as applicable.
