Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) seeks a Community Liaison/Account Manager for Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital to work remotely with our youth and adult behavioral health services.

The role requires a flexible schedule and willingness to travel across Texas and nearby states, representing the facility in the community and with referring agencies. The position reports to the Business Development Director and executes the facility’s strategic sales plan to grow referrals, strengthen the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is required.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales within behavioral healthcare is preferred.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies, presenting a professional public image within Texas and surrounding states.
• Create demand for services through ethical marketing and sales methods and implement the facility’s strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Enhance the facility’s brand/image and manage assigned accounts to meet business development goals.
• Travel as required and report to the Business Development Director.
