Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) in Oklahoma City seeks a Community Liaison/Account Manager to drive market growth and manage key accounts across OKC, Tulsa and northeast Oklahoma. You will travel as needed and collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and the hospital team to meet growth goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and at least three years in referral development or account management, preferably in behavioral healthcare.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Three years minimum in referral development, account management, sales growth and physician relationships preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between the facility, community, and referring agencies, promoting a positive public image across Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma.
• Develop and implement the facility’s strategic sales plan to meet business development goals.
• Manage assigned accounts and travel as required to grow revenue and strengthen relationships.
• Report to the Business Development Director and align with the facility’s mission, values and policies.

Responsibilities

The Community Liaison / Account Manager serves as a vital link between the facility, the community, and referral sources, promoting a positive and professional image of the organization throughout the Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma regions.The Community Liaison implements the facility’s strategic business development plan within the assigned territory, strengthens the facility’s brand presence, and effectively manages referral relationships and key accounts to achieve departmental and organizational growth objectives.This position supports the Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma regions. The ideal candidate will reside in or near the Tulsa area and be willing to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to the Oklahoma City facility for onsite meetings and organizational events. Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required
  • Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
• Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationshipspreferred

Additional Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Successfully complete a drug test
• Successfully pass a national background check
• Willing to travel, including overnight travel as required
• A valid state driver license required
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrate business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Data collection analysis and interpretation
• Record of adherence to deadlines
• Demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment.
