Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) in Oklahoma City seeks a Community Liaison/Account Manager to drive market growth and manage key accounts across OKC, Tulsa and northeast Oklahoma. You will travel as needed and collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and the hospital team to meet growth goals.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and at least three years in referral development or account management, preferably in behavioral healthcare.
The Community Liaison/Account Manager The Community Liaison serves as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies, presenting a positive and professional public image of the facility within Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma. Creates demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Implements the facility’s strategic sales plan for assigned territory, enhances facility’s brand/image, and effectively manages assigned accounts to meet departmental and facility business development goals. The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to travel. Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards. Reports to the Business Development Director.
