Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) seeks a Community Liaison/Account Manager to work remotely with our youth and adult treatment programs. You’ll travel as needed, building relationships with referral sources and community partners to grow admissions and strengthen the hospital’s presence.

You will report to the Business Development Director and operate within UHS standards. The role requires ethical marketing, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage strategic accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth and physician relationships preferred.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the facility, the community and referring agencies.
• Present a positive and professional image of Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital within Texas and surrounding states.
• Create demand for services through ethical marketing and sales methods.
• Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Enhance the facility’s brand/image and manage assigned accounts to meet business goals.
• Report to the Business Development Director and comply with policies.
