Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Three years minimum experience in referral development, account management, sales growth and physician relationships.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with referral sources to promote facility use for client placement.
• Develop and manage referral relationships to meet requests of referring agencies.
• Promote the facility’s services and manage assigned territory to achieve business development goals.
• Coordinate with Director of Business Development and team on strategic sales/marketing plans.
• Represent the facility positively in the community and maintain professional image.
