The ideal candidate will have a marketing or business background, experience in behavioral health marketing/sales, and at least three years in referral development and account management. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred focus in marketing, business or related field).
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
• Create demand for the facility’s services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods; spend extensive time on the road building partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to present a positive and professional image of the facility within the community.
