Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level business development.
• Strong public speaking and leadership of community-focused meetings.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business.
• Willing to commute daily to Chester, PA office.
• Experience managing client records and using scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the expansion of our insurance offerings within the Chester area by meeting with new clients daily.
• Educate community members on how our coverage plans can protect their families and assets.
• Refine our local outreach strategy to reach more people who need guidance with their insurance portfolios.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves with their life stages.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set growth benchmarks and refine our local sales approach.
• Attend and represent The Atlantic District at local business gatherings and community events.
