Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrable history of successfully managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse local clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard agency management systems.
• Detailed understanding of insurance policies and risk management principles.
• Previous experience in a client-facing consultative role is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local businesses and families to understand their unique protection requirements.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend insurance products that offer genuine peace of mind.
• Maintain an active schedule of outreach to ensure our community stays well-informed and protected.
