The Atlantic District in Gettysburg, PA, is seeking an Expansion Agent to grow our local community presence. This role focuses on building trust through conversations, understanding families' needs, and presenting tailored insurance solutions. It’s about helping neighbors, not hard selling.

You’ll engage with residents at events, maintain client records, and participate in ongoing training. A PA Life & Health license is required, as is a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local residents to understand their financial protection needs and goals.
• Present tailored insurance options that provide peace of mind to families and businesses.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events, local business gatherings, and neighborhood meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure follow-up communications are handled with care.
• Assist in developing local outreach strategies to expand our presence in the Gettysburg region.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine your sales approach and product knowledge.
