Job summary

Caselle Inc. is seeking a Community Development System Consultant I to guide municipal customers through configuration, implementation, training, and early adoption of Caselle's Community Development software.

You will be a primary contact during implementation, translating business needs into effective system configurations. You'll configure both the Connect console and Citizen Portal, covering contractors, properties, permit types, inspections, code enforcement, and citizen engagement

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, onboarding, or customer training.
• Ability to learn complex software functionality quickly and explain system processes clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable training small and mid-size client audiences.
• Ability to analyze customer business processes and translate them into software configurations and workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live of Caselle Community Development software according to project timelines.
• Translate business requirements into effective system configurations for community development workflows.
• Configure setup including contractors, properties, permit types, requirements, statuses, fees, inspections, and related settings.
• Configure permit processes from application through issuance, including information, fees, approvals, inspections, and completion.
• Configure and train customers on permit inspection and code enforcement processes, including violations, cases, and penalties.
• Assist customers in establishing workflows for tracking violations, inspection results, and deadlines.
• Configure and train customers on the Connect online Citizen Portal and training administrators and end users on both platforms.
