Job summary

Caselle, Inc. is seeking a Community Development System Consultant I to lead configuration, implementation, training, and early adoption of Caselle’s Community Development software for local government clients.

You will work closely with municipalities to tailor permitting, inspection, and citizen engagement workflows. You will configure the Connect console and online Citizen Portal, covering contractor and property data, permit types, inspections, and enforcement workflows, while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation or consulting.
• Ability to translate business processes into software configurations.
• Strong communication and training skills for client audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and go-live of Caselle Community Development software.
• Translate client requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Configure setup including contractors, properties, permits, and inspections.
• Train customers on Connect Console and Citizen Portal functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams and maintain training materials.
