Job summary

Caselle Inc. in Provo, UT is seeking a Technical Consultant I to support municipal data conversions, writing TSQL queries and ETL scripts to load client data into Caselle MSSQL databases.

You will validate conversion accuracy, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with System Consultants and Project Managers to meet project deadlines. This is an ideal role for someone building deep ERP data conversion expertise while contributing to local government modernization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with TSQL/SQL Server or relational databases
• Foundational understanding of ETL processes and data conversion concepts
• Read and write TSQL queries, joins, and basic stored procedures
• Strong attention to data accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates
• Proficiency with MS Office and SQL tooling
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Write TSQL queries and scripts to map and convert client data into Caselle MSSQL formats
• ETL: extract, transform, load client data from varying sources
• Validate converted data against source records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist clients with Caselle data layouts used in conversion
• Troubleshoot data corruption and formatting issues in source files
• Use data mining/reporting tools to analyze client data
• Coordinate with System Consultants and Project Managers to meet milestones
• Maintain confidentiality of client data
• Document conversion processes and build repeatable procedures
