Job summary

Caselle Inc. in Provo, UT is seeking a Technical Consultant - Database Admin to support implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of Caselle ERP software. You will install, configure, and secure software environments, and work with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.

The role involves data transfers, troubleshooting, backups, and closeout activities for new-logo implementations. Collaboration with Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering teams is essential.

Qualifications

Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, or supporting business software applications.
Experience with Windows Server and workstation operating systems.
Experience with software installation, system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with databases, data transfers, backups, restores, or similar data-management activities.
Understanding of user administration, permissions, security groups, and application security concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Install and configure Caselle software applications and components for customers.
Coordinate installations with customer IT personnel and other resources.
Verify environments meet technical requirements prior to installation or upgrade.
Assist with data transfers, backups, and data management during implementations.
Support security and access configuration and issue resolution during projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
