PMI Northeast Atlanta is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 6–12 communities and to ensure excellent service for Boards and Homeowners.

The role emphasizes vendor management, budgeting, and effective communication, with a long-term commitment to growth within the company. Hybrid work options and training are available after the initial training period.

Qualifikationen

• GA Real Estate license (CAM or higher) required.
• 2+ years managing a community association.
• Project management experience required.
• Knowledge of governing documents and state statutes helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CINC experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Run day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 6–12 communities to ensure excellent service.
• Prepare and solicit bids, monitor maintenance programs, and manage vendor relationships.
• Resolve homeowner conflicts using sound business judgment.
• Communicate information professionally in writing and speaking.
• Develop and monitor property budgets to meet Board expectations.
• Coordinate, negotiate and issue vendor contracts per management agreement.
• Prepare monthly board reports with actions, proposals, and financials.
• Prepare for and conduct association meetings.
• Daily use of company software (CINC), Word and Excel for communication and follow-through.
