This is a full-time hybrid role for a Portfolio Community Association Manager in the HOA and Condo mangement industry, based in Atlanta, GA with mostly work-from-home flexibility. The Portfolio Community Association Manager will oversee the management of multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulations, and maintaining community standards. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating maintenance services, managing budgets, conducting property inspections, handling homeowner inquiries, and attending board meetings.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Community Association Management, and Real Estate Management experience
• Knowledge of HOA regulations, Enforcement of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Contract Management
