Job summary

PMI Northeast Atlanta seeks a Community Association Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of 6–12 communities. You will implement procedures to ensure well-managed properties and coordinate with Association Board Members and Homeowners to address concerns.

We seek long-term hires committed to growing with our company. GA CAM license required and strong vendor, budget, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GA Real Estate license (CAM or higher) required.
• 2+ years of community association management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of state statutes and governing documents.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Experience with association software such as CINC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 6-12 communities to ensure excellent service.
• Prepare and solicit bids, compare, and monitor maintenance programs; manage vendor relationships.
• Use sound business judgment to resolve homeowner issues and conflicts.
• Communicate information clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Develop and monitor property budgets to meet Board/association expectations.
• Coordinate, negotiate, and issue vendor contracts per management agreement.
• Prepare monthly board packets with actions, proposals, and financial reporting.
• Plan and conduct association meetings.
• Daily use of company tools (CINC), Word and Excel for communication and follow-through.
