Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HOA management experience.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend 2 evening board meetings per week on average.
• MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main contact for Board members and homeowners.
• Lead vendor oversight, contract renewals, and maintenance walkthroughs.
• Manage construction projects, budgets, and architectural requests.
• Draft newsletters, board packets, and bid proposals.
• Prepare and guide board meetings (evenings required).
• Monitor financials, assist with budgets and invoices.
• Ensure community files and records are organized and up to date.
• Stay on top of California HOA laws, industry trends, and best practices.
