Corner Property Management LLC seeks a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee multiple community associations, ensuring smooth operations and strong Board relationships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication as you supervise grounds, common areas, and capital projects, with some travel to Southern NJ and PA.

This hybrid/remote position emphasizes proactive vendor management, budgeting, and timely reporting to the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in HOA/community management preferred.
• Strong financial literacy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement.
• Act as primary liaison with the Association Board of Trustees and homeowners.
• Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Develop and utilize community management tools (calendar, action item lists, budgets).
• Review monthly financial reports and provide management summaries to the Board.
• Oversee major capital expenditures and vendor performance.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections within the portfolio.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
• Coordinate inspections and architectural reviews as necessary.
• Oversee AP processes and maintain files.
