Job summary

PMI Northeast Atlanta is seeking a Community Association Manager in Georgia to oversee day-to-day operations for 6-12 communities. The role emphasizes responsive service to Association Board Members and Homeowners, with a focus on budget management and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates will hold a GA Real Estate license (CAM or higher) and have at least 2 years of community association management experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CINC or similar

Qualifications

Must have GA Real Estate license (CAM or higher).
2+ years of experience managing a community association.
Project management experience.
Knowledgeable with State Statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in Association Software such as CINC is a plus.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 6-12 communities to ensure excellent service.
Prepare and solicit bids, provide comparisons, and monitor maintenance programs and vendor relations.
Resolve homeowner issues and conflicts with sound business judgment.
Communicate information both orally and in writing professionally.
Develop and monitor property budgets to support Board expectations.
