Qualifications

2-3 years of digital marketing, communications strategy, audience development, and fundraising experience.
Experience with project management tools and cross-channel campaigns.
Strong copywriting and editing skills reflecting the organization’s voice.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies and audience segmentation.
Provide strategic guidance to support objectives and improve systems and integrations.
Execute digital marketing campaigns and translate priorities into cultivation initiatives.
Write and edit content for diverse audiences to move people to action.
Ensure messaging consistency across platforms and strengthen the brand.
Lead process design and manage team collaboration to deliver on time.
Oversee project management from strategy to completion.
Measure campaign performance and translate results into improvements.
Supervise and mentor Communications Team members as needed.
