Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior-marketing communications leader in California to shape how we tell our story across product, community and corporate channels. You will blend strategic messaging with hands-on writing and campaign execution.

You will own launch communications for features, collaborate with analytics teams, manage cross-functional partners, and champion hosts and users in every decision.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing or communications at tech company or startup.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Translate complex product features into clear narratives.
• Portfolio or writing samples to share.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and launch communications plans for new features, products and corporate/community updates.
• Establish engagement and KPI goals with analytics teams; define measurement frameworks.
• Develop campaigns, messaging frameworks and oversee execution (writing, creative, etc).
• Identify audiences and build plans to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with channel owners to define editorial approach and manage feedback.
• Create proactive and reactive communications plans.
• Report reach, engagement and business metrics; partner on sentiment dashboards.
• Champion the community and user in decisions.
• Oversee collaboration between product design, content strategy, community and marketing.
• Serve as individual contributor and cross-functional leader.
