Redwire Corporation seeks an experienced Sr. Manager of Space Marketing and Communications to lead the marketing strategy for the Space business, partnering with the Space business president and leadership to translate priorities into focused campaigns that drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across civil, commercial, national security, and international markets.

The role emphasizes integrated B2B and B2G programs, cross-functional leadership, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent)
• 10+ years in marketing/communications, with space/aerospace/defense experience
• Proven ability to lead as a marketing partner to senior leaders
• Experience developing integrated B2B/B2G campaigns for government and commercial sectors
• Strong understanding of the space ecosystem and related agencies
• Excellent writing, editing, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Space marketing plans and campaigns
• Partner with Space business president and leadership to align priorities with campaigns
• Coordinate across Business Development, Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Government Relations
• Develop messaging, announcements, presentations, and digital content
• Engage with media and industry groups to raise visibility and opportunities
• Track performance and optimize strategy, messaging and resources
