Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Verify legal property descriptions and interpret plots.
• Review public records (leases, deeds, liens, easements) to determine ownership and restrictions.
• Maintain accuracy and communicate clearly with customers throughout real estate transactions.
