Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments.
• Understanding relevant legal and real estate terminology.
• Ability to learn company systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Verify legal property descriptions and plot readings.
• Review public records (leases, deeds, liens, easements) to determine ownership and restrictions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Support large-scale commercial real estate transactions from single to multi-property portfolios.
• Manage projects with accuracy, curiosity and collaboration.
