Job summary

First American's GO Title division provides global title and escrow support for large-scale commercial transactions, including office buildings and multi-property portfolios. The role emphasizes accuracy, data connection across counties, and clear communication with clients, with training and tools provided to succeed remotely.

We seek a Commercial Title Examiner with at least 3 years of related experience, proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication with a customer service mindset.
• Excel at analyzing complex information and solving problems independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, internet, property data platforms and the ability to learn company systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Verify legal property descriptions, including reading, interpreting, and plotting.
• Review and analyze public records such as leases, subleases, deeds, liens, and easements to determine ownership and any title-related restrictions.
