Job summary

First American in the Agency Division seeks a dedicated professional to manage the closing process for nationwide commercial real estate transactions. You will support title agents, review documents, and ensure accurate commitments and endorsements.

You’ll collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal teams, handling due diligence, surveys, and underwriting approvals while maintaining strong client service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years title industry experience (commercial multi-state preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe and MS Office (Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn Company operating systems and new software applications and technologies (FAST experience preferred).
• Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and file management.
• Attention to detail and stellar organization.
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supports Title Agents with commercial real estate transactions by assisting with title reviews, updates, and quoting premiums
• Creates and maintains files, records, and reports
• Reviews Buyer, Seller, and Lender transaction documents and instructions for closings
• Reviews surveys and due diligence items, answers exam inquiries, and obtains underwriting approvals
• Prepares and revises title commitments and endorsements
• Issues final title policies and endorsements in accordance with Company underwriting guidelines
• Communicates professionally with all parties
