Job summary

First American GO Title division seeks a Commercial Title Examiner to support large-scale real estate transactions, from office buildings to multi-property portfolios, closing smoothly and securely. The team provides tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

You will manage complex commercial transactions, search and connect data across counties, and verify legal descriptions. A minimum of 3 years in title insurance and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of directly related commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial title transactions ranging from single to multi-property.
• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions; verify legal descriptions.
• Review and analyze public records (leases, deeds, liens, easements) to determine ownership and restrictions.
• Communicate with customers with a clear and professional approach.
