Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Leader to drive forecasting, revenue visibility, and commercial insights. You will transform data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations, influence pricing decisions, and support contract performance across a matrixed organization.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with occasional travel to Deer Park, IL, and the Deer Park HQ; education requires a Bachelor's in business/finance;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and commercial knowledge.
• AI proficiency with prompting generative AI tools and AI agents for analytics and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and work across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, cadence, consolidation and visibility for orders, revenue, and PSI forecasts; surface risks and opportunities.
• Improve funnel performance, governance, analytics, and reporting for higher opportunity quality and forecast confidence.
• Translate customer, account, product, pricing, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Support quote and deal analytics, pricing, and approvals within limits of authority.
• Track contract performance, revenue, margin, and renewal risks; coordinate actions with business owners.
