Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking an analytical Commercial Excellence Manager to strengthen execution across the U.S. Commercial organization. The role translates business data into actionable insights and builds repeatable processes for forecasting, funnel management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, commercially curious, and capable of collaborating across a matrixed organization. Preference for Deer Park, IL headquarters; remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience prompting generative AI tools and using AI agents to automate analysis, reporting, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, PSI, and revenue visibility; surface risks and opportunities.
• Strengthen funnel processes, governance, analytics, and reporting.
• Translate data into clear recommendations to accelerate commercial decisions.
• Support quote and deal analytics and pricing approvals within limits.
• Track commitments, revenue and margin, and coordinate with business owners.
