Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, seeks a US Commercial Finance Manager in Deerfield, IL to lead financial decision support for the US Commercial organization. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Service and leadership to drive profitable growth through rigorous performance management and pricing governance.

You will deliver actionable insights on orders, revenue and profitability, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure decisions are supported by sound financial analysis aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with progressive experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers: orders, revenue, funnel, pricing, profitability, customer metrics.
• Proven ability to partner with sales/commercial leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership to manage reporting and KPIs across orders, revenue, funnel, pricing, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis to optimize growth while maintaining competitiveness.
• Provide financial oversight of investments including incentive programs, marketing initiatives, and customer programs.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reviews with variance analysis and risk assessments.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for strategic initiatives like territory optimization and resource allocation.
