Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Global Senior Commercial Finance Manager to lead complex analyses, develop executive reporting, and influence decisions with data-driven insights. On-site in Deer Park, IL, you’ll standardize metrics and support double-digit growth in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive pricing and profitability analyses, and develop capability across geographies using DBS tools to enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or leadership; or a Master’s with at least 6+ years.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and drive financial performance.
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers: orders, revenue growth, funnel management, pricing, profitability, and productivity metrics.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global digital pathology commercial leadership to drive performance and growth, providing financial leadership across orders, revenue, funnel health, pricing and profitability.
• Lead global commercial performance management with executive dashboards and KPIs across regions, product lines, and channels.
• Lead pricing, margin, and profitability analyses, aligning with strategies and driving double-digit growth while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting, forecasting assumptions, metrics, and analytical approaches.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and decision-support capabilities.
