The role translates business data into actionable insights and builds repeatable processes across forecasting, funnel management, and reporting. It involves pricing analytics, deal review, and contract visibility to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, commercial knowledge.
• AI proficiency with prompts for generative AI and AI agents to automate analysis, reporting, and workflows.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and collaborate across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and PSI: Lead the operating cadence, consolidation, and visibility for Orders, Revenue, and PSI forecasts; surface risks, opportunities, and actions that improve predictability.
• Funnel performance: Strengthen funnel processes, governance, analytics, and reporting to improve opportunity quality, prioritization, conversion, and forecast confidence.
• Commercial reporting and insights: Translate customer, account, product, pricing, and performance data into clear recommendations that accelerate commercial decisions.
• Pricing, quotes, and deal analytics: Support quote and deal-calculator development, analyze deal economics and margin implications, and participate in pricing and quote approvals within established limits of authority.
• Contract-performance visibility: Track commercial commitments, revenue, margin, account profitability, compliance, and delivery or renewal risks, and coordinate visibility and corrective actions with the appropriate business owners.
