Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or financial leadership; OR Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Experience partnering with senior commercial and business leaders to influence strategy, drive financial performance, and support complex business decisions.
• Strong understanding of orders, revenue growth, funnel management, pricing, profitability, productivity metrics, and market expansion strategies.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US senior commercial leadership to drive business performance and profitable growth, providing financial leadership across orders, revenue, funnel health, pricing, and profitability, while delivering actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Lead pricing, margin, and profitability analyses, partnering with commercial leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, customer investments, commercial programs, and growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with profitability objectives and continuing to drive double‑digit growth.
• Partner with the US commercial finance team to establish consistent performance management methodologies, ensuring alignment of reporting, forecasting assumptions, metrics, and analytical approaches across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing commercial reporting, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and improving decision‑support capabilities across the business.
