Job summary

ServiceMaster Brands seeks a Commercial Restoration Project Supervisor to lead large loss restoration efforts, coordinate temporary labor and technicians, and manage paperwork, hazard assessments, and daily operations across projects. The role includes hazard recognition, supervision, and hands-on field work.

You will oversee setting up sites, ensuring equipment readiness, and supporting the team through flood, hurricane, or fire events, with remote work and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and flexible, with ability to handle frequent changes.
• Able to pass drug testing and a criminal background check.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and Google Drive.
• Experience as Restoration Technician is a plus.
• Be on call 24x7.

Responsibilities

• Backbone of our large loss commercial restoration project work.
• Set up work areas and ensure supplies/equipment are ready to use.
• Inspect work areas for hazards and document and report hazards.
• Photo document progress and manage tasks; assist the team when needed.
• Perform moisture mapping and monitoring across jobs.
• Extract water and remove damaged materials after major events.
