Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus 8+ years of direct sales experience.
• 5 years of solution selling in prop tech or real estate data/analytics.
• 10+ years in commercial real estate in a senior client director role.
• Strong industry connections within CRE lending, REITs, owners or investors.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities and meet customer needs.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute discussions with prospects.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand clients' business needs and align CRE tax capabilities as advisor.
• Provide timely sales reports and manage the pipeline in Salesforce/CRM/Excel.
