Job summary

Cotality, a leading CRE data and analytics company, seeks a senior outside sales professional to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with medium to large CRE clients. You’ll engage lenders, owners, REITs, and investors, tailoring solutions and driving revenue growth in a highly competitive market.

You will build executive-level relationships, strategize with prospects, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years direct sales experience.
• 10+ years CRE industry experience in a senior client director role.
• Strong network in commercial real estate (lenders, REITs, owners, investors).
• Proven track record closing transactions in proptech/real estate data.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle to drive new client acquisitions.
• Research opportunities and engage prospective clients with tailored solutions.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute prospect discussions.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers to land new logos.
• Provide accurate sales activity reports and manage the pipeline in CRM/Excel.
