Job summary

Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial to coordinate delivery of multifamily program offerings and manage external contractors under supervision of Commercial Program Managers.

You will align internal and external teams, improve program design, and ensure compliance with ratepayer funds while delivering a consistent customer experience. Portland-based with flexible hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience managing projects, contracts, and/or program initiatives.
• Ability to direct and work alongside contracted organizations and partners.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing abilities.
• Ability to apply equity lens to policies and procedures, manage diversity, equity, and inclusion program data, and interact respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
• Time-management capacity to meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within and lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with community-based organizations.
• Initiative-taking and transparent communication on progress, risks, and changes.
• Interest in applying equity lens to decision making.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program managers to engage multifamily customers.
• Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables with contractors.
• Provide delegated oversight of program implementation with contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer, community partner, and trade ally complaints.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams for consistent customer experience.
• Apply best practices for project management and QA, leveraging other resources as needed.
• Contribute to program strategy development as directed by Program Managers.
• Support community-based organizations and affordable housing partners in multifamily projects.
• Work with operations to track customer participation and use data to improve design.
• Maintain up-to-date program materials and marketing content.
• Maintain organized records of project information and ensure safe practices.
• Perform all job-related duties as assigned.
