• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating projects, lifecycles, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to commute to Santa Fe Springs office.

Responsibilities

• Manage common-area energy efficiency projects for the Southern Multifamily Whole Building Program.
• Coordinate project activities across multifamily properties from initiation through completion.
• Partner with subcontractors, property management, asset managers, and trade allies.
• Ensure projects comply with program requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor documentation, invoicing, and billing procedures for accuracy.
• Deliver energy-saving improvements reducing utility costs for renters and owners.
• Serve as primary contact for participating properties and partners.
• Identify and resolve project issues to keep work on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Additional duties as assigned
