Job summary

Lattice Energy Works is seeking an experienced energy efficiency engineer and account manager to lead a five-person team delivering the Energy Trust of Oregon Production Efficiency program. The role is full-time, remote with on-site visits in the Willamette Valley.

You will supervise five engineers, manage program delivery, track KPIs, and coordinate with Energy 350. Candidates should have 5+ years in energy efficiency or mechanical engineering and be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• At least five years in energy efficiency or mechanical engineering.
• Experience supervising a technical team with a friendly management style.
• Comfort managing to KPIs and program goals in an energy efficiency setting.
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and energy processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of five energy engineers delivering the Energy Trust Production Efficiency program.
• Manage program delivery, track performance, forecast savings, and report to Energy Trust and leadership.
• Represent Energy Trust of Oregon with industrial customers, trade allies, and at regional events; provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate day-to-day program delivery with Energy 350 and support energy analysis and on-site verification.
• Review technical work products and engineering calculations written for non-technical audiences.
