Job summary

Energy Trust of Oregon seeks a Project Manager – Commercial to coordinate day-to-day delivery of multifamily offerings and oversee contractors under the Commercial Program Managers. You will ensure consistency across teams, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and fund compliance.

You’ll report to the Program Manager – Commercial and may work with partners across Oregon/Washington, with quarterly in-person commitments at the Portland

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three years of project, contract, or program initiative management experience.
• Ability to direct and work with contracted organizations and partners.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing abilities.
• Apply equity lens to policies, procedures, and data; interact respectfully with diverse groups.
• Strong time-management to meet deadlines while balancing priorities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Proactive, transparent communication on progress, risks, and changes.
• Customer service skills and proficiency with common MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Managers to manage offers, strategies, and engagement for multifamily customers.
• Track and report monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, KPIs, milestones, and deliverables; ensure contract requirements and service standards.
• Oversee program implementation with contractors to support projects and initiatives.
• Resolve customer, community partner, and trade ally complaints with internal and external teams.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Apply best practices in project management and quality assurance across resources.
• Contribute to program strategy development as directed by Program Managers.
• Support community organizations and affordable housing partners; maintain relationships.
• Work with operations to track customer participation and use data to improve design.
