Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial or multi-family construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and project documentation.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and multi-family projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure safety, on schedule, within budget, and quality standards.
• Closeout, punch lists, and turnover activities.
