You will serve as Commercial and Product Counsel, review and negotiate contracts, and partner with product and engineering to codify standard processes. Independence, empathy, and strong writing are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar membership in good standing.
• 5–8 years advising tech companies, with product/privacy exposure.
• Experience as in-house or sole counsel preferred.
• Customer-first mindset with practical focus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial, product, and privacy matters for growing tech companies.
• Review and negotiate contracts with pragmatic business outcomes.
• Partner with product and engineering to improve the platform.
• Develop playbooks and standard review processes.
• Ensure turnaround times meet defined SLAs.
• Build trusted client relationships and onboard new matters.
