Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Commercial Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and provide redlines and analysis to train AI systems.

This contractor role is remote (US based) with autonomous, deadline-driven work. 4+ years transactional experience, JD, and US bar required.

You will apply technology transactions expertise and produce clear explanations for legal writing and negotiations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
