You will help scale contract review and legal operations, balancing multiple priorities and leveraging AI-assisted workflows to deliver efficient, high-quality counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar membership in good standing.
• 5–8 years of experience practicing law, preferably with technology companies; in-house or sole counsel experience required.
• Specialize in commercial, product, and privacy law.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by communicating proactively and focusing on outcomes.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts; advise on product and privacy matters.
• Partner with legal and product teams to move contracts efficiently and accurately.
• Interpret contract terms and surface key obligations, risks, and anomalies.
• Operate internal tooling to streamline review and collaborate with product/engineering to improve speed and accuracy.
