Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a VP-level leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of the commercial toolstack, including SFDC, CPQ, and pricing tools. You will guide a team of SMEs, champion AI-enabled workflows, and partner with Digital Technology and Sales Ops to scale the platform globally.

The role focuses on reducing sales friction, shortening cycles, and improving quote accuracy while ensuring data integrity across regions.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise-grade commercial platforms with Salesforce and CPQ
Ability to articulate a connected commercial ecosystem vision and Q2C knowledge
Experience applying AI-driven features to improve sales processes

Responsibilities

Define multi-year roadmap for SFDC, CPQ, and pricing tools to support revenue goals.
Lead and mentor a team of SMEs in SFDC and CPQ.
Drive AI integration like predictive quoting and price optimization.
Collaborate with DT, Pricing, and Sales Ops to ensure scalable, integrated platforms.
Monitor KPIs like quote-to-cash velocity and CPQ adoption; drive continuous improvements.
Establish global data usage standards and change management processes.
