Qualifications

Deep understanding of the quote-to-cash (Q2C) process.
Experience implementing AI-driven features or digital transformation efforts in sales.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach a technical team of analysts or platform specialists.
Strong stakeholder management with Finance, IT, and Commercial Operations.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic multi-year roadmap for SFDC, CPQ, pricing tools to support revenue goals.
Lead and mentor SMEs specializing in SFDC and CPQ.
Drive AI integration within commercial platforms (predictive quoting, pricing optimization, AI lead scoring).
Collaborate with DT, Pricing, and Sales Ops to ensure data integrity and integration with ERP and front-end tools.
Monitor KPIs (quote-to-cash velocity, win rates, CPQ adoption) and implement improvements.
Establish global data usage standards and change management practices.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and automated solutions.
Drive change management and training to enable adoption of new tools.
